The Characteristics of Ozone

Ozone, which has the scientific name O3, is created by combining three oxygen atoms. It has a high oxidizing ability, which is effective for disinfecting and sterilizing. It can kill most bacteria in the water or in the air. It is accepted as a broad-spectrum, effective disinfectant and confines 0.01- 0.14ppm of ozone, which balances the level of bacteria and mildew in nature. Ozone is also created electrically in nature during active thunderstorms. The electrical discharge creates that positive sweet smell that we understand as clean fresh air.

The molecule of ozone is inherently unstable and tries to break down into the oxygen molecule as quickly as possible. This is what makes ozone such a great air and water cleaner. How does OZONISER - MULTIPURPOSE FOOD PURIFIER, Ozone Food Sterilizer work?

The air pump forces the raw air (oxygen from the air) through a "Silent Discharging Type" ozone tube made from dielectric substances with both anode and cathode polarity. When the high pressure direct current (DC) passes through, a corona discharge phenomenon with the ground electrode is produced, decomposing 3 oxygen atoms to 2 ozone atoms (3O2 to 2O3) and produce stable ozone (O3).

How to install and use OZONISER - MULTIPURPOSE FOOD PURIFIER, Ozone Food Sterilizer?

OZONISER - MULTIPURPOSE FOOD PURIFIER

is a portable machine, you can place on the table top or hang to the wall. The silicon tube must not be higher than the machine, to avoid water reverse back through the tube during application.

Plug the power cable to the power point (110VAC or 230VAC depend on which Model and the country). The power led light (Red) indicate the power is on and set the timer to your requirement, by turning the knob to the number 5 to 30 minutes (15 minutes for vegetable/fruits and 20 minutes for meat or you can refer to the manual book come with the machine). The "in used" Led light (Green) will be on when timer is set to run. It will stop automatically when the time is up.

Leave the vegetable or meats soak for another 10-20 minutes and then wash it with clean tap water. Now these foods are ready to be cooked.

Many people like to eat raw, such as salad, fruits and drink un-boiled water. It is highly recommended to do the treatment before consumption. Healthy living style and eating habits is our main priority.

Fully soak the vegetables into water in a container and put the bubble stone (bubble stone is connected to a tube of the machine) into the container. Set the timer to 20 minutes and press start button. After the treatment, leave the vegetable soak for another 10 minutes before washing them with tap water- (because Ozone is still present in the water and diverts back to oxygen after a while)

There will be an ozone smell during the treatment and this is normal. Keep your window open for air ventilation.
